Energy, Fail, and Friends: MILLIOMAIRE MENTOR THISIS MYLIFE NDIMLOVING DUB Many of us are unhappy in their lives. We believe that if only we earned more money, were thinner, were married (or single), had more friends, then we would be happy. What we fail to realize is that lasting happiness doesn’t come from anything outside of ourselves, nor does it just happen for some but not others. We are each responsible for creating our own happiness, regardless of outer circumstances. We can start being happy by loving our lives exactly as they are right now! - ✔️ Live in the present moment. You are in the here and now, which is really the only time that you have any control over your circumstances. The past is over, and the future is yet to come. The only time you can truly love your life is when you are experiencing the present moment. ✔️ Do what brings you joy. People waste valuable time and energy doing what they don’t enjoy and later have regrets when they realize they could’ve lived a more fulfilling life had they made the choice to spend more time doing what they love. ✔️Stop trying to please others. The truth is, you will never be able to please everybody, so why try? F**CK! ✔️Practice gratitude. When you live your life in gratitude, you maintain an awareness of all things that are good in your life and focus less on what’s not working. - When you truly love your life, you can’t help but be happier and experience a greater sense of fulfillment, meaning, and purpose. ❤️ - life love success happiness millionairementor

Comfortable, Memes, and Mondays: I REFUSETO BE IN THE RAT RACE. Is is possible for a “normal person” to escape the rat race? Normal people live comfortable, normal lives. They like it that way. There’s nothing wrong with normal. Except when it pertains to the rat race. - If you’re a normal person who’s tired of getting one raise a year (if that), tired of sitting under-utilized at your cubicle, tired of sitting over-utilized at your cubicle, tired of being TIRED, normal isn’t going to save you. So which options do you have? You only have three options at this point: ✔️Marry someone rich. ✔️Inherit a bunch of money. ✔️Sell your organs (which is illegal) Now, let me give you a few tips to do it the right way: ✔️Live like you don’t know when (and where) your next pay check will come from. Audit all your spending habits to see where you can cut back. And I mean REALLY cut back. ✔️Believe you can actually make money on your own without having to show up and sit in a cubicle for 40 hours a week. Most of us stick to the rat race not because it’s the only way we know, but because we think the alternative just isn’t feasible. ✔️Work outside normal working hours. When 5 o’clock strikes, the day is not done. There are still 7 hours left. Weird people know they need to use your time wisely if they want to exit the rat race. ✔️Wake up on F*cking Monday morning with a purpose!Weird people understand Mondays are no different than any other day of the week. Mondays are another opportunity to put in the work to escape the rat race. And guess what? Tomorrow is Monday. Are you ready? - ratrace success lifestyle millionairementor

Community, Drugs, and Lottery: $52 Million Lottery Winner Will Rebuild Historically Black Neighborhood: "There is a need, and in my mind, an obligation, to invest there." @balleralert $52 Million Lottery Winner Will Rebuild Historically Black Neighborhood: “There is a need, and in my mind, an obligation, to invest there.” - Blogged by: @RaquelHarrisTV ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ In 2010, MiguelPilgram was the winner of a $52 million lottery jackpot that enabled him to start his own real estate company, ThePilgramGroup. Now he plans to use his winnings to build up properties across south Florida, specifically, a well-known Main Street named SistrunkBoulevard that was once a wealthy area for African Americans. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Sistrunk was often referred to as the “historical heartbeat of Fort Lauderdale’s oldest black community,” which is located right in the middle of most of the city’s black businesses. The area was named after JamesSistrunk. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ James was a black physician who helped found the first Black hospital in Broward County in 1938, when segregation laws prohibited Blacks from entering the east side of the tracks where they could be seen and treated in “white” hospitals. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Post-desegregation, the area started to lose its high economic status and became a haven for gun violence, abandoned buildings, and drugs. However, Pilgram recently bought three buildings he plans to make into a jazz lounge, blues lounge, restaurants, and a center for performing arts. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ “For me, it’s [about] preserving the community as a whole,” Pilgram told an NBC local affiliate station in South Florida, adding that Sistrunk was once a hub of “success for businessmen.” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Along with Pilgram, Edduard Prince, community activist and legal specialist says outside developers are “drooling” to invest in Sistrunk which, like similar cases, will strip the neighborhood of its history and culture while pushing out current residents. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Pilgram’s plan is to do the exact opposite. He wants to develop the location while keeping the culture and its people there. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ “I was raised in a similar environment,” he told The Sun-Sentinel. “There is a need, and in my mind, an obligation, to invest there.” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Now that’s, ForTheCulture.
