Beer, Brains, and Confidence: TO TRAVEL R- Travel is good for lots of things, but it can also increase mental well-being, ☝️ and not just in the short-term. Whether you’re traveling for business, on a one-week family holiday, or have sold everything to pursue a life on the road, traveling can make you a happier person by building self-confidence, providing new experiences and memories, breaking routine and allowing you to meet people from all over the world. 🤔 So next time you find yourself heading out on a shopping spree to lift your mood, why not put that money towards a flight instead?👀 Here are a few ways in which travel can make you happier: ✔️Happiness is infectious. When locals are happy, smiling and friendly, it has an immediate knock-on effect. Smiles and happiness are contagious! ✔️Being away makes you appreciate your family and home. 🏡 Being away from things we often take for granted, family, close friends, home… It makes us appreciate them more. ✔️You make new friends! It’s much easier to make new friends on the road than it is at home, where people are less inclined to chat to strangers on a bus or strike up conversation at the bar. When people are away from home, there seem to be less boundaries to cross and making friends becomes much easier, whether it’s a local curious to know where you’ve come from or a fellow travelers keen to have someone with whom to enjoy a beer or share a taxi. ✔️Education. Whether it’s learning a new skill such as cooking Thai food or learning a new language, learning about a new culture, travel presents ways in which we can further our knowledge and education. Learning makes our brains more active, which psychologists have found increases our level of happiness, articularly when learning something we find enjoyable. - Now that you know about the great benefits of traveling… what’s your next destination? 😉 Comment below!👇 - travel happiness culture millionairementor

Crazy, Journey, and Life: MILLONAIRE MENTOR YOUR BEST TEACHER IS YOUR LAST MISTAKE. Reasons why not making mistakes is the biggest mistake!👇 ✔️Mistakes help you discover who you truly are. With every mistake that we make we discover more and more about ourselves, about who we are, about our limits, about our capabilities, about what we can and cannot do. They help us be more compassionate and more tolerant with ourselves and others. ✔️Mistakes teach you valuable life lessons. By making mistakes you will, in fact, learn valuable life lessons and you will become a happy learner. There is so much we can all learn from our mistakes, and the moment we see them as lessons rather than mistakes, we will no longer have this crazy fear of encountering them along the journey. ✔️Mistakes help you let go of fear. Life isn’t about avoiding mistakes but rather embracing the idea that mistakes will come your way and be willing to learn from these mistakes. Let go of your fears and allow yourself to really experience life. ✔️Mistakes help you growth and evolve. If you don’t make mistakes how can you expect to GROW and to EVOLVE as a human being? How many of us get stuck because they allow the fear of making mistakes to paralyze them? How can we expect to learn anything new if we don’t allow ourselves to make mistakes? 🤔 - mistakes lessons millionairementor

Climbing, Food, and Friends: LIFE IS MEANT TO BE ENJOYED Nowadays everyone including you are being subjected to a socially constructed myth that you’re either “working and paying your dues”, or you’re “being lazy”. There’s no in-between. Enjoyment is greedy, work is good. 🤔 The reason so many people in the American workforce are unhappy is because they are being told a lie: getting ahead, scaling the ladder, or making more money are supposed to make you happy. But this is not true. Any culture with an ounce of wisdom will tell you that what makes you happy are: ✔️Connections with other people. ✔️Companionship. ✔️New experiences, and discovering yourself. This is why other countries are more “people oriented” versus being simply career minded. 👇Here’s the solution to start enjoying life! Simply shift priorities! Do the unthinkable and put “getting ahead” and climbing your individual or corporate career ladders on the back-burner. Prioritize meeting people and enjoying life. Find ways to supplement your income and turn your full-time job into a part-time. Spend the rest of your extra hours taking dance classes, cooking food, throwing dinner parties, going out, or just relaxing in nature. - Finally, a very important point to make is that we become scared that making lifestyle-happiness-low stress a priority over, say, climbing a corporate ladder or working more, is that you’ll end up a “bum”, you won’t have enough saved for “retirement”, maybe your friends will think you’re a loser. Nope. By leading a more relaxed lifestyle, your performance will go up. Happiness=greater performance. You’re more likely to become a very successful person by cutting the anxiety out of your life, and giving yourself more space for your imagination to flourish into new ideas. Try it out, and let me know what happens! - life enjoy millionairementor

Bad, Disappointed, and Goals: SET GOALS THAT EXCITE YOU. So how can you make your goals passionate, exciting and achievable? The biggest mistake that people make when setting goals is forgetting to check in with their emotions to see what the goals mean to them and make sure that they are filling the right emotional needs. - If you want to achieve every goal you set then you have to believe in it, you have to make it exciting to you, you have to know why you have the goal and what benefits achieving it will give you, if you don’t do this you will be fighting yourself every inch of the way and making life hard when you could simply change an aspect of your goal to fit it to your own values and beliefs and make it exciting to you. Always write your goals down, and make sure that you give them detail, once you have written them down take a step back and look at them and ask yourself: ✔️How will I feel when I achieve this goal? if you can answer with positive excited feelings about achieving your goal, if you know you will feel great, happy, significant, excited when you achieve the goal then it is a good goal and you will achieve it. ✔️How will I feel if I don’t achieve this goal? If you answer disappointed, unhappy, sad, to this question, again you know that you have a good goal something you want to achieve, because not achieving it will make you feel bad. If you answer with words like not bothered, it doesn’t matter, its not that important, then there is something wrong with your goal and you don’t really want to achieve it so you need to look at it again. - You’re welcome!🙌 - goals success achieve millionairementor
