Crime, Future, and Goals: MILLIONAIRE MENTOR THE PAST CANNOT BE CHANGED. People say it is very important to keep in mind things you’ve done in the past so that you can have an evidence for what your life turns out to be. I say history is nothing but history. What you have done in the past has absolutely no role to play in your future. (It does have an effect in your future actually but you get what I mean) Here are a few things you can do to stop looking back: ✔️Change your mindset If your mind focuses on the negative things that had happened in the past, your life will move in a negative direction. BOOM! Did I blow your mind? 😉 ✔️Cut off some negative people from your life There is some people that we keep around that even we ourselves know deep down that they are doing nothing but slowing us down in life. (It is not a crime to cut off friendships once you feel it is delaying your purpose in life.) ✔️Set goals for yourself, for your FUTURE. One of the most important ways you can forget about the negative things that had happened in the past is by setting goals for your future. You need to acknowledge the fact that it is not the end of the world and you have full potentials of achieving greater things in life. ✔️Learn to forgive. One of the things that kills us emotionally and mentally is the spirit of un-forgiveness. Holding a grudge against someone is like eating a poison and expecting someone else to die. We all do this thinking we are doing ourselves a favour, but it does nothing but break us down emotionally. - PAST present future success millionairementor

Comfortable, Energy, and Goals: GRIND SMART Here are some tips to grind your way to success (the smart way) ✔️Listen to your instinct. When you’re in a high-paying corporate job, or any other job that makes you feel comfortable, logic can override your emotions and convince you to stay when you aren’t truly happy. If you’re getting a pull deep down that something’s not right, that there has to be more, “I can’t be working this hard and getting this little reward for it,” you’re absolutely right! I would say listen to this gut instinct and do something about it.” ✔️Be smart and strategic. The reality is, most of us can’t leave our jobs with nothing else lined up. Half of Americans are living paycheck-to-paycheck, and paying bills takes precedence over feeling fulfilled. If you want to shift into entrepreneurship, starting your business as a side-hustle may be the most viable option. Be smart. 😉 ✔️Shortcut your success. “Did Millmetor just said to take a shortcut?🤔” Read on… f you’re ready to become an entrepreneur, there are things you can do to accelerate your success and avoid mistakes that most inexperienced entrepreneurs make. The answer: Find a mentor! Consider listening to entrepreneurial podcasts that feature entrepreneurs in your industry, or investing in a coach who will guide you through the ropes of building a business. ✔️Establish goals and realistic timelines. While success doesn’t happen overnight, by tracking your metrics and employing a strategy to grow, you can ensure that you’ll eventually arrive at where you want to be. ✔️Success is a BIG picture, remember that. While generating revenue is essential, it shouldn’t be your only focus. Instead, look at your business as a single pillar of your life. (Other pillars might include relationships, health, and well-being.) Be sure to keep yourself in check and not pour energy into your business at the expense of other pillars. - Enjoyed my post? Drugs, Jail, and Memes: ethiopienne Pro-tip: white privilege doesn't mean white people have perfect lives. It means that white people do not have to deal with institutionalized, systemic racism in addition to their everyday problems. It means institutionalized, systemic racism does not cause white people's everyday problems. If your first reaction is to be angry and comment why this is wrong, take a deep breath, slowly read the post again and wait for the words to sink in. Think about what this is saying and try to deeply consider what this means, especially coming from someone who is not white. No one is saying white people have perfect lives, don't have problems, or even that there's no way they can be bullied-discrimanated against because of how they look. The difference is that racism isn't just a feeling or thought, it's INSTITUTIONALIZED and SYSTEMATIC, which means that you have laws (Jim Crow, housing discrimination, voter ID laws-voter discrimination, redlining), history, powerful figures, etc etc etc against you, not just individuals being rude to you. Yes you can be white and poor, you can be white and be bullied, you can be white and have problems. It's just that these problems are NOT reinforced by or due to a historic, systematic, institutional oppression based solely on your race-ethnicity. In the US for example, the country was built by white men with laws for white men. Over time, many of these laws have changed: ex. everyone has the legal right to vote now, slavery is illegal, Jim Crow laws no longer exist. Unfortunately, these laws don't just end; they evolve. All people can vote, yet voter ID laws disproportionately prevent people of color in poor communities from voting. Slavery is illegal, yet black men disproportionately fill jail cells and are exploited for their labor while privatized prisons profit off their incarceration (see: war on drugs, or "13th" on Netflix). I can list examples like those two all day, but the point is that people of color continue to face institutionalized, systematic racism that has legal & political backing and an entire history causing and justifying it. White people do not have to deal with that, hence the term "white privilege." And, again, no one is saying white people don't have problems. That's not what "white privilege" means.
